- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 21, 2019, by Kim BauerI received damaged, defective wood and the owners are trying to charge me a "swipe" fee for returning the defective wood that they sold me. BUYER BEWARE!!! I had requested a refund and they did not have the funds to refund my purchase. I agreed to wait almost 3 weeks for my credit card to be debited and when it was they kept $599 as a "swipe fee" and a delivery fee. The delivery fee was supposed to be waived in exchange of me waiting for a refund.
