  They try to pressure you into buying something immediately even if you wanted to just place a 20% down payment in order to layaway the product. They said and I quote “If you don’t buy it today it is going to be sent back.” This is wrong especially when a customer is prepared to make a sizable down payment on a ring and the sales associate is lying because when I called another store location they told me all I would need to do is make a 20% down payment. But when I talk to this location I am told something different. I think this is an illegal sales tactic and I would avoid shopping at this location at all costs! I am also planning on reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau for the sale pressuring techniques. I cannot believe what was supposed to be a great experience of buying an engagement ring into one that has become a night mare especially after you have looked for over 2 months. BUYER BEWARE
