  Would give 0 if I could. I fled sprint 8 years ago until they bought out ntelos and forced us to move to them. So far, we've had nothing but issues. My first phone through them broke in 2 weeks and I went two weeks without one while it got fixed. We are also dealing with data caps being hit despite keeping data off. This company double charges and won't refund (reason I left years ago) and are as big thieves as it gets I'm not talking about this store in general, although we paid the bill that they aren't acknowledging at this location last month, I am talking about the company itself.
