  Sold me an extender for remote areas that didn't work. I took it back and they continued to charge me for almost a year. Very dishonest and shady. Do not let them have your phone. They will walk away with it and reprogram it.

  My experience at Verizon in Kanawha City was very pleasant. I find no other cell phone carrier as dependable as Verizon and happy to be a customer again. My salesman was Austin and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining the different plans and phones. He presented himself in a professional manner both in attitude and dress. I would highly recommend this store and especially this salesman. Thank you Verizon and thank you Austin!
