  RUDE!!!!!! I spoke to Noel/Nole. Not really sure the correct spelling of his name but he is RUDE! I spoke to him about birds in my fire place that have been there for months. There is no way for the bird to escape, it fell in and there's not enough room for it to fly out. I was explaining where the birds were and he kept cutting me off. But prior to this conversation I called multiple times within 4 hours because he kept saying he would call me back but never did. After speaking with him the last time and trying to explain the situation, he said you should fund someone else and HUNG UP! I was never rude to him I just wanted to explain where the birds are in the fireplace. But couldn't because he kept over talking me. Not all animal rescues are the same. I'm no professional but this is my house and I think I would know more about it then he does considering he's never been here before. Not sure if he is just an employee or the owner, but he is RUDE. He lacks customer service skills in the worst way.
